10 Kesalahpahaman Tentang Sukses
Kesalahpahaman 1
Beberapa orang tidak bisa sukses karena latar belakang, pendidikan, dan lain-lain.
Padahal, setiap orang dapat meraih keberhasilan.
Ini hanya bagaimana mereka menginginkannya, kemudian melakukan sesuatu untuk mencapainya.
Kesalahpahaman 2
Orang-orang yang sukses tidak melakukan kesalahan.
Padahal, orang-orang sukses itu justru melakukan kesalahan sebagaimana kita semua pernah lakukan Namun, mereka tidak melakukan kesalahan itu untuk kedua kalinya.
Kesalahpahaman 3
Agar sukses, kita harus bekerja lebih dari 60 jam (70, 80, 90...) seminggu.
Padahal, persoalannya bukan terletak pada lamanya anda bekerja.
Tetapi bagaimana anda dapat melakukan sesuatu yang benar.
Kesalahpahaman 4
Anda hanya bisa sukses bila bermain sesuatu dengan aturan.
Padahal, siapakah yang membuat aturan itu? Setiap situasi membutuhkan cara yang berbeda. Kadang-kadang kita memang harus mengikuti aturan, tetapi di saat lain andalah yang membuat aturan itu.
Kesalahpahaman 5
Jika anda selalu meminta bantuan, anda tidak sukses.
Padahal, sukses jarang sekali terjadi di saat-saat vakum.
Justru, dengan mengakui dan menghargai bantuan orang lain dapat membantu keberhasilan anda. Dan, sesungguhnya ada banyak sekali orang semacam itu.
Kesalahpahaman 6
Diperlukan banyak keberuntungan untuk sukses.
Padahal, hanya dibutuhkan sedikit keberuntungan.
Namun, diperlukan banyak kerja keras, kecerdasan, pengetahuan, dan penerapan.
Kesalahpahaman 7
Sukses adalah bila anda mendapatkan banyak uang.
Padahal, uang hanya satu saja dari begitu banyak keuntungan yang diberikan oleh kesuksesan. Uang pun bukan jaminan kesuksesan anda.
Kesalahpahaman 8
Sukses adalah bila semua orang mengakuinya.
Padahal, anda mungkin dapat meraih lebih banyak orang dan pengakuan dari orang lain atas apa yang anda lakukan. Tetapi, meskipun hanya anda sendiri yang mengetahuinya, anda tetaplah sukses.
Kesalahpahaman 9
Sukses adalah tujuan.
Padahal, sukses lebih dari sekedar anda bisa meraih tujuan dan goal anda.
Katakan bahwa anda menginginkan keberhasilan, maka ajukan pertanyaan "atas hal apa?"
Kesalahpahaman 10
Saya sukses bila kesulitan saya berakhir.
Padahal, anda mungkin sukses, tapi anda bukan Tuhan.
Anda tetap harus melalui jalan yang naik turun sebagaimana anda alami di masa-masa lalu. Nikmati saja apa yang telah anda raih dan hidup setiap hari sebagaimana adanya.

Back to Reality!
Okay, today is the first day going back to reality after four days of holiday...
First thing in the morning, we had a management meeting which resulted that there will be more job for me.... :(
I will be in charge for making payment vouchers to all ISC's suppliers from now on.... To be honest, I REALLY don't think it's a good decision since I'm actually is not from an accounts dept., but on the other hand, perhaps it's not to bad for me since it can be a new learning curve for me... but hopefully it won't be for a long time.
They also made me to be in charged for a refund's second-in-charged person... which again, I dont think it's not a clever idea. IT dept never get involved with actual money on the tills..... sigh..... I haven't said anything yet to them, but I believe I will not accept this.
Damn!... I also got the first reply from tons of letters I sent several weeks ago for a job vacancies in a big companies.... This time is from Mayne group limited. "Unfortunately we don't have a vacant position at this moment...bla...bla" bah...
Anyway, That's ok, tho... still plenty more to go anyway....
I will always remember the story that one of my mate at work told me about a salesman story in getting his customers... I will always remember that.... It will always makes me strong again to go to the next ones :)
Been almost three years working with Midas until now... it's quite okay, but I think now I'm gonna need more challanges and more security on my work.... C'mon dude... Get your ass from that chair and start doing the job hunting :D

First day -2
I've been quite long enough searching and studying many available blogs on the net... and my first impression was "Gee, what the #$%@* have I been doing so far?".... They have already started doing this since years ago... meanwhile me....uhm... just yesterday!!!... what a pathetic of me :(
Anyway, I have to admit and salute all of the professional bloggers out there for the great job they've done.... They really did a magnificent job!!! Makes me realise there's sooo much things to learn for me....
Hmm... I wonder if there are my friends who actually have a blog site.... I never asked them, tho... :) I wonder how far this blog can go on... I mean what will be the limit that it has at the end... maybe that's just a stupid question, but for me, that's a very valid question to ask at this moment.
To anybody who 'accidently' came to my site, please do not hesitate to leave your notes/ critics, or anything... since I will be always opening my door for you :)

Today is the first day I'm using my online journal.... I hope I can be disciplined enough in doing this...hehe
Today's easter.... After 2 days off cooling down from work, I managed to get myself together now. Feeling soo fresh today...
Weather's not bad today in Melbourne; about 23 celcius now at 08:47am.
My plans for today include: Washing my car, doing some weekly shopping, and play around with my new toy:... Blogger.... hehe
I'm still trying to find some friends here in Melbourne doing the same interest as I do (especially with blog) But couldn't find any so far :(
I'll do googling later on for this one ;)
In the evening, I gotta start doing my phase-2 of job hunting.... Will have to prepare all documents to be sent on Tuesday....
My job is ok now... but it's not that okayy.... I think I need a bigger frame for my middle to long term career now.... * Finger crossed *

First Day Launched...!!!
G’Day Mates, and Welcome to my Site!
This site is built for an educational purpose only, and will be maintained and updated specifically as an information sharing facility between my family, friends, and myself.
My name is Wayan Krisnayuda; and as you probably have noticed from my name, I was natively born in Bali, where (unfortunately) I had to leave and spent most of my life afterwards in Jakarta living and studying there.
Well, I think that’s enough about me… Feel free to email/ contact/ message me if you want to get to know more about me… I will always open my door for all those people willing to accept me as their friends.
Talking about Melbourne…hmm…Australian capital city for sports, foods, and many other has always been my favorite city so far in the world. I’ve been to many countries and cities before, but never have I had such a positive feelings about the people, weather, and culture like Melbourne… It has a marginally perfect balance and combination of those parameters….
Last but not least, I do really enjoy living in Melbourne, and to be honest, I really think Melbourne is DA BEST city I’ve ever lived so far…. Dunno about you, tho :D
